Great question. All we need to do is to have a verbal authorization with you allowing us to transfer the service and you don't need to do anything after that. You will just have to wait within 3 to 5 business days and you may start using the service as it is already moved to Motion Telecom. We will also be sending you an SMS confirmation once successfully connected.
